What we collect
We collect the information you give us when you sign up, pre-register a business, apply to fly as a pilot, book a job, or contact us. That typically includes name, email, phone, business details, service address, and (for pilots) Part 107 credentials and proof of insurance. We also collect basic technical data automatically, like browser type, IP address, and pages you visit.
Why we collect it
We use it to operate the marketplace: match clients with available pilots, run the booking and approval flow, send transactional emails (e.g. pilot approval), verify pilot credentials, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of vendors to run the platform — for example, Supabase (authentication, database, storage), Resend (transactional email), and Google Maps (address autocomplete). These vendors process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy controls.
How we store data
Account and job data lives in a private database with row-level security so users can only see their own records. Uploaded files — including pilot license PDFs and job deliverables — are stored in private storage buckets that require authentication to read.
Your choices
You can update your profile or delete your account by contacting us. If you applied as a pilot and want your uploaded documents removed, let us know and we will remove them from storage.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies that are required to keep you signed in. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
